Services are available worldwide unless otherwise stated.
Private Lessons
All lessons are delivered online via Zoom.
Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and experience level.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and suitable equipment to participate in online lessons.
Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full lesson fee may be charged and refunds are generally not available.
In exceptional circumstances, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Private Lessons
Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Workshops
Refunds may be requested provided no more than one-third of the workshop content has been accessed or completed.
Digital Products, Recorded Workshops & Courses
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, workshop materials, videos, PDFs, downloads, recordings, and website content remain the intellectual property of Guitar Lessons with Dimitris Loizos unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, resold, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Share purchased content without permission
- Attempt to copy or redistribute course materials
